Qualifications
Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services industry preferred
Experience with rebate processing strongly preferred
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatch software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with Service Titan preferred
