Assist with the installation of a wide range of HVAC systems across residential homes.
Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
Connect, adjust, or disconnect wiring, piping, and tubing using proper tools and techniques.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and your team to ensure a smooth install process.
Maintain accurate invoices, documentation, and time sheets.
Help keep vehicles, tools, work areas, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
Support our installers with tasks that will help you build the experience needed for future licenses and certifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Maryland Apprentice License (required by start date).
Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on roofs.
A positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physically able to perform demanding tasks daily.
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions independently.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Clean criminal background and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
