Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential electrical systems

  • Gather tools, materials, and supplies for job sites

  • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit

  • Pull wire, mount and strap conduit, and help with electrical terminations under supervision

  • Help lift, position, and fasten materials such as motors, wiring, and conduit

  • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies

  • Keep work areas clean and safe at all times

  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools under direct supervision



Qualifications

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, or crawl spaces

  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions carefully

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with the team

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
