Our Call Center Agents handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting current and potential customers while creating a professional, positive, and friendly experience every time.
Tues–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Every Sunday & Monday off (your guaranteed weekend!)
Rotating Saturdays required
Competitive Pay & Bonuses: $15–$17/hr + performance incentives

Be the first impression for our customers by answering inbound calls with professionalism and care
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups
Use proven call scripts while keeping conversations authentic and natural
Accurately update and maintain customer records in our system
Partner with dispatch and management to ensure smooth communication
Book appointments at a high conversion rate
Escalate customer concerns when needed
Strive to meet and exceed productivity goals while maintaining top-tier customer service
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people
